Individualised employment pathways[editar]
The pathways aim at the socio-labour insertion and professional development of people, especially through information, individual and group counselling, occupational training and participation in other areas of socio-labour insertion.
To achieve this objective, a specialised team of professionals works in different areas, both at an individual and group level, as well as with the surrounding and the community of the participants.
The different professional profiles of mediation, counselling and job intermediation work so that the Acceder participants follow a process that facilitates their access to the labour market and improves their skills and abilities.
The main actions of the personalised pathway of socio-labour insertion are dissemination and outreach, information and welcoming, employability assessment, labour counselling, training, labour intermediation and follow-up and company prospecting.
