Innovation initiatives at regional level[editar]

The FSG's Innovation Area provides technical support and accompaniment to innovative initiatives promoted at regional level.

Examples of this collaboration include:

CONEXIÓN G project promoted by FSG in Castile and Leon

The CONEXIÓN G initiative, developed as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and more specifically within the framework of the Lever VIII Policy: New Care Economy and Employment Policies, aims to develop tools to turn people belonging to vulnerable groups into digital citizens.

The CONEXIÓN G project is conceived as a cross-cutting proposal that will have an impact on participants of the FSG Castile and Leon in the main lines of action of the organisation: employment, education and basic care.

Through the CONEXION G project, the FSG will train 1,280 people both in basic digital skills (12h) and in cross-cutting digital skills (12h), also making an important effort to raise awareness in order to ensure that the people we are targeting have the capacity to show an open attitude towards transformation and digital experience, with a receptive and responsible attitude towards the online world and new technologies.

Pilot Project: Inclusion Pathways for people receiving the Minimum Income

This initiative, developed by FSG with funding from the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, aims to have an impact, through socio-educational itineraries, on children and families receiving the Minimum Income. The aim is to break the cycle of poverty.

These educational pathways, accompanied by individual and family projects of social inclusion, will lead to a significant improvement in the support available to the vulnerable population and their environment, which will lead to an increase and improvement in educational skills and in the social situation of the family, which will ultimately improve the academic results of Roma children and reduce the risk of social exclusion.

The project will have an impact on 500 students and their families in 6 Spanish cities: A Coruña-Ferrol, Gijón-Luanco, Granada, León and Villaverde-Cañada (Madrid).

The services offered by the project include a technological accessibility service, which focuses on the acquisition of digital skills, improvement of these skills, prevention and safety. It also includes an internet access point in the offices of the service (connectivity), that is available to beneficiaries.

Conectad@s project promoted by FSG Albacete

The Conectad@s project focuses on training in digital skills integrating the gender perspective. It is aimed at women in situations of vulnerability or at risk of social exclusion. It is funded by the Albacete City Council as part of the Albacete Integra Plan and will reach 30 Roma women.

This project aims to guarantee equal opportunities for Roma women by bringing them closer to new technologies. The purpose is to provide them with knowledge, skills and tools to help them improve their living conditions, as well as develop their employability.

Conectad@s seeks to be a provider of resources and services based on the transformative role of ICTs.
