Equal treatment [editar]
We work to defend Roma against discrimination and to ensure they enjoy full citizenship, combating the under-reporting of discrimination, promoting the improvement of the social image of Roma and demanding the effective application of anti-discrimination laws.

One in two Roma in Spain claim to have been victims of discrimination in the last five years. However, under-reporting is a very pronounced problem: only one in ten victims reports it.
Exercising rights is the best strategy for fighting discrimination.
We deal with more than 500 cases of discrimination annually and have 34 strategic lawsuits open.

‘When I finished my degree in Tourism, I hid the fact that I was Roma so that I would be hired. That wouldn't happen today.’
Josan Plantón

‘Discrimination is very unfair. Many people don't give us the opportunity to make ourselves known.’
Rosa (Granada)

"For many people I have to know how to sing, play the guitar... They are stereotypes.’
Luis Miguel (Zaragoza)
For equal treatment and non-discrimination

We fight against discrimination and antigypsyism and for the improvement of the social image
We have an action protocol to offer victims different strategies for action and we develop awareness-raising actions and campaigns.

We train Roma in the exercise of their rights.
We run workshops to train potential victims, giving them the tools to act when they suffer discrimination. In the most emblematic cases, we undertake strategic litigation.

We work with key agents and influence society
We raise awareness among key agents to overcome stereotypes and improve their responses to victims of discrimination. We engage in political and social advocacy to improve laws and policies and raise awareness in society
