The Employment and Social Affairs European Commisioner meets Aprender Trabajando (Learning by Doing) Program, developed by Cruz Roja Spain and Fundación Secretariado Gitano. [editar]
On Thursday 12th March the European Commissioner Marianne Thyssen, Employment and Social Affairs commissioner will visit the Cruz Roja and Fundación Secretariado Gitano training project “Aprender Trabajando” (learning by doing). An employment and training project to promote youth labor insertion co-funded by EU in the frame of the Operative Program “Lucha contra la discriminación (fighting the discrimination) of the European Social Fund.
During the visit, Marianne Thyssen will meet enterprises that supported the Project and the youngsters that participated on it.
Beside other meetings, in this two days visit to Spain, the commissioner will visit the Spanish Food Bank, one of the leading actors of the FEAD (Helping Fund for most disadvantaged people), and “Ilusión, Accesibilidad, Estudios y Proyectos”, where she will hold a meeting with ONCE responsibles.
