Sociall is launched: a digital talent recruitment platform serving companies [editar]
Fundación Secretariado Gitano (FSG) has launched Sociall, a digital talent recruitment platform that draws on its more than 25 years of experience with the Acceder Programme.
Collaboration with over 30 000 companies, more than 120 000 contracts signed and nearly 200 000 participants make the Acceder Programme a benchmark in Spain and across Europe. Sociall brings together all this expertise and makes it available to businesses through the digitalisation of its job search and placement services.
Sociall is backed by 70 Acceder teams across 15 regions and 90 locations in Spain, with experts in employment guidance, mediation and job placement. Acceder’s 25-year track record consolidates its experience through effectiveness, quality and transparency.
The presentation of Sociall took place at the “XTalento” technology hub of the ONCE Foundation, attended by companies collaborating with FSG, representatives of the third sector, and public and private organisations.
The event, hosted by Ana Segovia, Director of Social Advocacy at FSG, began with a welcome address by Alberto Durán, Vice-President of the ONCE Foundation. Sara Giménez, FSG’s Director General, then opened the session with a speech entitled ‘Innovation, technology and talent at the service of companies’. During her speech, she highlighted the role of Sociall ‘as a job placement tool that connects companies with candidates through highly efficient recruitment processes. A digital transformation that allows us to reach further, respond faster and provide better support, amplifying the impact, visibility and effectiveness of the work we have been doing in job placement for the past twenty-five years’.
This was followed by the round table discussion ‘Competitiveness, digital transformation and the labour market’, featuring Laura Bujanda, Deputy Director of Digital Economy at RED.ES; Ricardo Trujillo, Director of Social Impact and Human Capital at Forética; and Francisco Hevia, Managing Director of EXECyL, Honorary Trustee of the EXECyL Foundation and Trustee of the Santa María la Real Foundation.
Arantza Fernández, Deputy Director of Employment, and Miguel Pérez Lloría, Head of Partnerships and Business, both from Fundación Secretariado Gitano, presented the digital talent recruitment platform, Sociall. The event concluded with testimonials from Mónica Málaga and Fátima Márquez, members of the Human Resources team at Tea Tek Energy España, who shared their experience with Sociall.
