Mission, values and principles [editar]
A focus on working for real equality of rights and opportunities and the elimination of discrimination.

Mission
Our mission is the progress of the Roma through social promotion, recognition and the defence of the rights of Roma from an intercultural perspective.
Social promotion
We understand social promotion as the improvement of the living conditions of the Roma and access to social and economic rights.
Defence of Rights
We understand the Defence of Rights as the recognition of Roma's entitlement to rights and the defence of their full citizenship.
Values
Our convictions and ideals

Interculturality
We believe in the dignity of all people regardless of their ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or beliefs. We defend an intercultural society as a social model, one that incorporates diversity into a common project.

Social justice
We believe in a society in which human rights are respected, inequalities are compensated and the most disadvantaged social groups have opportunities for development.

Equality
We believe in equality as an embodiment of both personal dignity and social justice. Not only legal or formal equality, but also equality of opportunities in the most important areas of social life.

Full citizenship
We aspire for Roma to fully exercise their rights and obligations as citizens, and for them to lead the processes of change within their own community and actively participate in the construction of a global society.
