ACCEDER Programme

ACCEDER Programme [editar]

Acceder is a training and employment programme that promotes the incorporation of the Roma population into the labour market as a gateway to social inclusion.

Inclusion into employment is key in the fight against social exclusion and discrimination. Therefore, through the Acceder Programme, we work with people to respond to their needs, emphasising the importance of the life processes in which our participants find themselves, offering tools to promote access to resources in all areas of intervention from a comprehensive and gender-based perspective.

The development of individualised job placement pathways seeks to integrate the Roma into the labour market and, therefore, to involve them and encourage their participation in society as full citizens.

Taking a comprehensive and multidimensional approach, it combines assessment, guidance, training and active job search activities to promote autonomy, improve employability and facilitate access to the labour market, both as employees and as self-employed workers. The programme consists of a range of specialised initiatives that provide personalised responses to an increasingly diverse Roma population, establishing itself as an Acceder ecosystem.

And during this year, we have continued to focus on educational return and obtaining the Compulsory Secondary Education certificate.
