Paths of inclusion ESF 2016-23 [editar]

This report presents a joint assessment of the results and the social and economic impact of the initiatives carried out by Cáritas Española, the Spanish Red Cross, the ONCE Foundation and Fundación Secretariado Gitano as beneficiary organisations of the Operational Programme for Social Inclusion and the Social Economy (POISES) 2014–2020, co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF).

The core of the evaluation consists of the actions carried out under the POISES from 2016 to 2023. In addition, to illustrate the evolution of these initiatives, the report provides information on the actions carried out by these same organisations under the Operational Programme to Combat Discrimination (programming periods 2000–2006 and 2007–2013) and the Operational Programme for Youth Employment (programming period 2014–2020).

Finally, the evaluation also looks at the current period by analysing the relevance of actions in the 2021–2027 period of the ESF+, making recommendations for the future.
