Guidance for the Departments Responsible for Programming EU Cohesion Funds in the Member States and the EU. The EURoma Network, for which the Fundación Secretariado Gitano (FSG) acts as Technical Secretariat, presents this document for those responsible for programming the European Funds to ensure that the measures to be implemented within the new 2021–2027 programming period have a real impact and effectively contribute to reducing the exclusion and discrimination faced by the Roma population.
