Transfer of FSG programmes[editar]

Considering the implementation and success of the various programmes developed by the Fundación Secretariado Gitano, many institutions and organisations have approached us showing their interest in getting to know our programmes in depth and, in some cases, requesting specific training in order to be able to reproduce them in other European countries. In this sense, the general philosophy of our programmes and their specific methodology have already been widely disseminated among diverse stakeholders.

Transfer of the Acceder programme to North Macedonia
  • Transfer of the Acceder programme to North Macedonia This project is being developed between 2020 and 2022 and strongly focuses on enhancing the employability and facilitating employment of the most vulnerable persons, and particularly Roma, persons with disabilities and youth, as population segments exposed to multiple barriers in accessing the labour market in North Macedonia. The project also works on designing innovative policy and programming solutions to activate Roma and other vulnerable persons in the open labour market while promoting services for broader social inclusion. In addition, it tackles economic reintegration of long-term unemployed, but also institutional and non-formal barriers and drivers of exclusion.

  • Assistance for the Aceder employment programme for Roma people in Portugal

    This initiative was implemented in Portugal between September 2019 and June 2020, being its aim to promote the development of individualised pathways of socio-professional insertion through the transmission of basic skills (social, personal, relational and professional) and the definition of life projects.The Aceder project was developed in 9 municipalities: Porto, Barcelos, Braga, Fundão, Guarda, Viseu, Beja, Mourão y Elvas.

Acceder Programme transfer to Italy
  • Acceder Programme transfer to Italy

    The first phase of the Acceder transfer to Italy took place in 2014-2015. The objective of this project was to develop the model for an effective transfer of the Acceder programme in the South of Italy with the aim to promote the social inclusion of the Roma population through the access to the labour market.

Acceder Programme Transfer to Romania
  • Acceder Programme Transfer to Romania

    Funded by the European Social Fund in Romania and by the National Agency for the Roma in Romania between 2009-2011, the FSG drove the adaptation and implementation of the ACCEDER in Romania. The general objective of the project was to generate development by promoting the social inclusion of the Roma population (6,770 people) in the labour market throughout the country, providing opportunities to participate in a modern, flexible and inclusive labour market as well as access to permanent employment and the benefits that arise from being employed with full rights.

Acceder Programme transfer to Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Acceder Programme transfer to Bosnia and Herzegovina

    Acceder's first transfer scheme took place in the city of Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) where the project began in March 2008, funded by the AECID, the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and Development (Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional y Desarrollo). After various stages of adapting to the context and situation of the country, 2009 saw the consolidation of the work carried out since the system opened in the country’s capital. This project ended in 2010 and made it possible for the team to consolidate institutional relations, raise public administration awareness, disseminate the programme, attract users, develop training programmes, and to produce diverse employment opportunities in the context of a recession.
