Training and awareness-raising[editar]
Training and awareness raising of key agents who fight discrimination is one of the areas of intervention of the Department of Equality and Non-Discrimination. This goal is achieved by the development of the following actions:
- Participation in the organisation of the ‘Seminars on Police Management of Diversity’ organised by the Platform for Police Management of Diversity since 2012.
- As trainers of professionals from the police services, teachers and university students, technical staff of public entities, NGO, lawyers and prosecutors. Every year the FSG trains more than 1,000 professionals.
- As speakers in events, seminars and campaigns on discrimination, racism, antigypsysm, providing information to combat stereotypes with the aim of raising public awareness and preventing antigypsysm.
