TREATMENT TEAM: a team comprised of 6 educators/mediators has been formed to work specifically in the area of health and drug dependence of the FSGG and is a point of reference for the Roma population and field professionals.

NEIGHBOURHOOD SERVICE IN SEVERAL DISTRICTS: These are the social intervention centres used by the FSGG and provide the infrastructure needed for the full development of actions.

TRAINING OF PROFESSIONALS: The close contact with professionals from different institutions and especially at the treatment centres favours the transmission of Roma cultural rules and guidelines and facilitates the understanding and transmission of information.

ACCESS TO DRUG CENTRES AND PERMANENCE DURING TREATMENT HAS IMPROVED thanks to the local presence, improved information, accompaniment and close monitoring.

GREATER INVOLVEMENT AND SUPPORT FROM FAMILIES: This is the fruit of the efforts to actively involve them in the treatment processes in light of their important status in Roma culture.

CREATION OF AN AREA OF ENTERTAINING TRAINING ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS through specific workshops and socio-educational activities which have been implemented at the FSGG intervention centres.

PARTICIPATION OF USERS IN PUBLIC TRAINING ACTIVITIES: This has been accomplished thanks to awareness heightening, motivation and accompaniment work.

COLLABORATION WITH TREATMENT CENTRES through the establishment of coordination activities with the different field professionals.
