The third meeting of the TándEM group of NGO administrative officer was held between 5 and 7 March
The meeting has gathered 13 young participants in the TándEM programme of Administration in NGOs, who come from 12 cities, in the national headquarters of Fundación Secretariado Gitano in Madrid. TándEM is a programme of the Spanish State Public Employment Service funded by Next Generation EU, focused on the work-linked training and aimed at young people who look for professional training that makes easier starting a job.
The students of this programme, who follow their training in online format from the FSG territorial headquarters where they live, have in these gatherings a chance to learn, exchange and meet each other, which is very substantial for the development of their training.
This time, the meeting has focused on providing training about internal procedures of the Deputy Direction for Finance and Management and the Deputy Direction for Programmes. What’s more, they have worked on the creation of payslips on Excel and they have developed a detailed workshop about professional project. The meeting has been productive and substantial, but we still have plenty of work to do so we’ll see you in the next meeting!
