During this time we have had the time to respond to the following needs:

- to improve young people's access to and graduation from secondary education, while working together with schools.
- to promote post-compulsory education and vocational training and the transition from school to work.
- finally, to establish alliances and work closely with companies to facilitate the recruitment of project beneficiaries and help schools to better support the most disadvantaged students.

The profile of the beneficiaries has been young people (from 15 to 29 years old) from 4 European countries (Hungary, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria).
FSG has carried out the implementation of this project in a total of 6 locations (Santander, León, Pamplona, Madrid, Valladolid and Seville) with absolute success in all of them. Thanks to the success of the project in León and Valladolid, we have managed to continue developing a similar project, but with a different source of funding.

The final data of the project can be consulted in the final report of the project, but we would like to highlight the following data:

- 32 schools have collaborated in the project
- 123 pupils who dropped out have returned to the education system.
- 85 people have found a job
- 183 people have participated in personalised itineraries of labour insertion.
- 247 students have continued their studies at higher levels.
- 171 teachers have participated in the project through awareness-raising talks and training days.
- 81 beneficiaries participate in Hard skills training.

The other project partners have also achieved successful results in their respective indicators.

The project had a closing conference in Budapest last March. The event summarised the experiences of the joint international cooperation and presented the theoretical and practical aspects of the working methods of the project partners. Two people from FSG participated, Abel Ramirez and Silvia Jimenez, both young Roma from the programme, also felt that they would never have been able to continue their studies in pharmacy and social work without the help of the mentors from the Spanish organisation and the wide range of services offered to them by the programme. They are an example of how through this project all the young people involved have been offered the opportunity to learn and develop their skills, take language courses, attend vocational training courses, learn about possible job opportunities and receive help to prepare for further studies or to find a job.

FSG would like to publicly thank all the work done by our colleagues during these almost 5 years to achieve these results and make it possible for young Roma of this age to enjoy an opportunity to improve their present and professional future.

At the same time, we would like to thank the project partners and funders for the trust placed in us, after several years of joint work and with a global pandemic in the middle of the project, it has not been easy, but in the end the results are as expected.
