We welcome a study visit in the framework of the European project

On 11 July, the FSG hosted a study visit in the framework of the European project "Find your way to the world of work" in which we participate. The project leader, the Hungarian “Autonomia Foundation”, wanted to learn about our work methodology and about the situation of the Spanish Roma population.

During the visit, FSG technicians from the education, employment and international departments, presented the Foundation's work in these areas. At the same time, the Communication area presented the Foundation's various awareness-raising campaigns.

The “Autonomia Foundation” brought a delegation of 8 people, all of whom are technicians participating in the implementation of the European project "Find your way to the world of work" in Hungary.

The FSG presented and discussed with the visitors the situation of the Roma population in the fields of education, employment, poverty and discrimination, as well as the evolution of the situation in recent years. We also had the opportunity to share our working methodologies during the implementation of the project, key elements and success factors of the programme and the good results we are getting.

The exchange of experiences and knowledge among the participants of the visit was continuous and very constructive, and we were able to explore interesting approaches and ways of working in each of our territories.
