On March 3, 2020, the course "Customer service in the textile trade" in the project "FIND your way to the world of work", which is financed by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway trough the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment. It has started in the town of Dos Hermanas, thanks to the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment support to young people with fewer opportunities and for equal access to quality education and employment.

It is a theoretical and practical training course of 110 h. lasting 88 h. of non-labor practices in TENDAM Group stores, specifically for the Fifty and Springfield brands. This is a course that has generated great interest by focusing on the commerce sector, a novel one in Dos Hermanas aimed at young Roma.

After its dissemination through the network of local entities, as well as in the written and digital press (El Nazareno newspaper), two informative sessions and two other selection interview days were held.

Finally, the 8 participants, all Roma women between 20 to 27 years old, began theoretical training, where they work on content related to the fundamentals of commercial activity, sales technique, customer experience, design and organization of the store , image consulting, as well as healthy lifestyle habits in the commerce sector. The non-work practice phase will begin shortly where we are sure that the participants will play a great role. It should be noted that the professionals of the TENDAM Group, a company with which Fundación Secretariado Gitano maintains a collaboration agreement, have been involved in the selection of candidates by conducting personal interviews in-store to achieve the best fit for young women to the brand's profile.
