On February 7, 2020 Fundación Secretariado Gitano in Seville presented in the town of Bormujos the project “Find your way to the world of work” funded by EEA and Norway Grants.
In a meeting with the Delegate of Employment and the Delegates of Social Welfare and Diversity, the objective of the project was addressed, to support disadvantaged young people to access quality employment on equal terms. The population group to which this project is aiming are young people from 18 to 29 economically disadvantaged, preferably Roma, with special attention to Roma women.
In future meetings it is planned to lay the foundations of the collaboration agreement. The first actions will be oriented to provide digital training, as well as to program specific training courses for employment involving companies based in that metropolitan zone.
