In the field of Institutional Action:
 
1. Joint conduct of policy analysis, trans-national research and identification of the certain key indicators in the areas of housing, education, health and employment, to show the repercussion and impact of the social inclusion measures affecting the Roma and Traveller communities. 
     
  Outputs: National reports on the identification of key priorities and indicators for the social inclusion of the Roma and Travellers
     
    Joint report on the identification of key priorities and indicators for the social inclusion of the Roma and Travellers
     
2.  Joint development of strategies and elaboration of a sensitizing and building-policies manual gathering the results of the previous research carried out 
     
  Output: Sensitizing and building-policies manual (500 issues for each  partner country in their own language)
     
 3. Common dissemination of information and hand over of the manual to the public administrations of Member States and Candidate Countries, social organizations and NGOs, in order to help them in the analysis of the inclusion policies affecting the Roma and Traveller people, and their impact, strengths and weaknesses.
     
  Output: Public presentation of the Manual and meetings with all agents involved in order to distribute the material
     
In the field of training and capacity building:
     
Seminars for the training of the Roma and Traveller communities and the public agents in the field of social inclusion. The themes proposed are, among others: the strategies for the social intervention with the Roma Community; the intercultural mediation; the partnership; the public-private dialogue within social interventions; the key to successful projects developed with the Roma community.
     
  Outputs:   National training seminars addressed to the Roma and Traveller communities in each participant country on how to be involved in the social inclusion process
     
    National seminars in each participant country addressed to the training and sensitizing of the public agents with competencies in the implementation of the social inclusion policies
     
    National seminars in each participant country addressed to the Roma and Traveller people in order to analyse jointly the impact and effects of the social inclusion policies affecting their communities
     
    International seminar to analyse the project results and exchange experiences and knowledge
