The current Roma Youth is the generation with major potential of change and transformation in the history of the Roma Community in Spain, and plays an important role as positive modal and agent of change for its community and for the majority society. 

In the last years the FSG has given special interest to new fields of action to work for with the aim of fostering their Social Participation, opening to them making decission spaces in order to make them easy to express their voice in intercultural contexts.

It is calculated that about 40 % of the Roma Spanish population is between 14 and 30 years old, that is the reason because the FSG it is developing programs and activities that bear in mind their needs, and also in order to include the problematics of the Roma Youth in the implementation of the public policies destined for the Youth.
